I understand Carmen was fired by Susie McBasketball-Serio. I guess Susie has to blame the decline of her program on somebody. Watch your back April. What did you expect her to do? Fire her sister? What did you expect her to do? Fire her sister? And speaking of working, I don't get the sense that Suzie has ever been known as a hard worker as a college coach. And as you said duqkurt, the McConnell name doesn't have as much value today. Well, next time my wife the Pitt alum drags me to a Pitt women's game, that's one less Duke I have to look at on Pitt's sideline. Seeing so many ex-Dukes on Pitt's bench is like having to watch your best friend make love to your ex-girlfriend. I'm sure Carmen will land on her feet somewhere.

That's a part of her recruiting problem. McConnell name only goes so far these days. And doubling down on it isn't working.
