4:00pm EST tip on Saturday 02/23/2019 at EagleBank Arena, Fairfax, VA I’m assuming either Carry is not playing or their 4 or so guys that are dtd are all playing based on the expected 4 point loss. If everyone was healthy for both squads I'd expect the Dukes to be getting at least 6 on the road. Carry is probably a game time decision. He wont know how he is until he runs, jumps, makes cuts. I sure hope he’s good to go. With a win today, the Dukes will be at the minimum tied for 4th place and possibly tied for 3rd place. Sin not starting today. TDM is. Not sure on his status for the game. What an embarrassing 10 minutes. These refs continue to put Hughes in first half foul trouble. Two more garbage calls on him to start this game. Certainly not since I've been paying attention. From 1997 to 2018 the Dukes won one game that they trailed by more than 15 points (and god knows there were plenty of those opportunities). In 2019, they've won three. Dukes have the heart of a champion we just punch back and won't we punched .GO BLUFFITES. Best record this late in the year since 1981 when we were 20-8 before losing our last two. Thank you President Gormley and the board of directors as all this excitement wouldn't be taking place without your commitment to basketball at Duquesne. To say this was a great comeback victory is an understatement. The Dukes are not intimidated on the road. These guys are warriors, and only sophomores and freshman. I just wish they would stop spotting the other teams 18 - 20 points. I say we only have 4 more regular season games, let's just go out and win them all.

One thing that did concern me was the post game interview. Coach made it sound like Carry may not be back this year, he called it “questionable”.

Dukes led only 1:27 of the game.
GMU played well enough to win but the Dukes
showed mental toughness. Great win.
Very bad about Sincere. We can hope he can recover enough to play in the tournament.
