FCS to vote to decide whether to permanently allow a 12-game schedule

Look for the Dukes to open its 2018 football schedule at U Mass (money game).  This is also the season that the Dukes will play at Hawaii.  NCAA FCS rules allow a team playing a road game at Hawaii to have a 12-game schedule that season.

How do you know we play (or are trying to play) UMass in 2018?

also, i did not realize UMass plays in the FBS with the MAC...

Source about Dukes' scheduling: reliable persons close to the football program.

UMass has dropped out of the Mid-American Conference and began playing as an independent FBS team since 2016: http://collegefootball.ap.org/article/going-it-alone-umass-trying-survive-fbs-independent
