Remains to be seen whether we actually have any spots left, but assuming we do, I like Collins.

Re: Who will be our final recruit?

I like Collins as well, however, after taking a closer look at the roster,

Tarin Smith 6'3 PG 2019
Mike Lewis II 6'2" SG 2020
Spencer Littleson 6'4" SG 2020
Eric James 6'6" SF 2018
Jordan Robinson 6'8" C 2018
Marko Krivacevic 6'9" PF 2019
Nicholas Kratholm 6'8" PF 2021
Eric Williams 6'5" SG 2021
Tydus Verhoeven 6'8" SF 2021
Mike Hughes (O) 6'9" C 2021
Marcus Weathers (O) 6'6" SF 2021
Tavian Dunn-Martin (O) 5'8" PG 2021
Craig Randall (O) 6'4" SG 2020
Kellon Taylor 6'5" SF 2020

I don't think we need another guard. I would like us to get another big. Despite Tydus being capable of playing the PF position, his natural position is SF. That leaves us with only Jordan Robinson 6'8" Center, who graduates next year if I'm correct.......Marko Krivacevic 6'9" PF/C, unproven at the D1 level and is only giving us two years........ and Nicholas Kratholm 6'8" PF 2021 another unproven player at the D1 level. Now let me make it very clear, I am very satisfied with those three. However three Big Men won't be enough for next year.

After doing my research, I believe we need Washington. I've seen him play before live and was actually rather impressed by him even before I knew we offered him. He can shoot the ball well from anywhere, is a lockdown low post defender, and has the size we need. He is also a rebounding machine, having finished multiple games with 15+ rebounds in the NEPSAC AAA which is widely considered to be the prep school league in the US. I think that getting another big is huge for us and he is one the best currently available.

Re: Who will be our final recruit?

I think you take whoever picks DU first.  I am sure they will fit the program, otherwise why offer them.  Offers are floating around out there, if collins snatches one up, great.  If not, and a big does over the weekend, great as well.
With Patton picking Akron yesterday, it seems like Collins could be down to USF and DUQ.

Who is Washington

Nevermind.  Nick Washington.  Haven't heard much on him since his visit.

Re: Who will be our final recruit?

Definitely need more size up front for next year; hopefully a guy who can play with some physicality.  I know that is hard to find at this late date, but I'm concerned our young and lean bigs will get pushed around.

Re: Who will be our final recruit?

A year getting pushed around will only make them better for the future.  It can be a good learning experience.  Esp when you consider for 2018-19 season, there will be 7 guys on scholarship with 3 years left to play, getting A10 experience is a good thing.

That would be a refreshing change after the past five years.
