Super Positives: Two of our recruits put up some jaw dropping stats last night: Hoping that Swingle is athletic enough to compete favorably in the A-10. Brandon Wade should be a great find for KD. Haven't begun A-10 play and I already can't wait for next year to roll around!! In that highlight Swingle looked 10 times more nimble that Darius Lewis. Beside him there are Kelly, Bizeau, and Rotroff. A couple of those guys have to work out. Who knows, maybe all of them! Then Mike Hughes sitting out this year. He get 8 and 6 last 2 games and 4 rebound plus occasional block. I saw Big Hughes behind the team bench, my goodness he looks as big as former Duke Alan Watkins did ( 6-5 300 lbs). Hope he can get in shape, didn’t he hurt his neck on a fall in practice?

These Dukes Are Putting Up Some Wacky Stats
Williams averaging a double double & Verhoeven's blocks per game
Positives:
-Total blocks, steals, turnovers, FT attempts vs. opponent FT attempts, opponents 3pt FG%, & rebounds per game are all quite respectable with a young group under a new coach/system with new faces & early injuries to bigs
Encouraging:
-Total FT shooting percentage, & Rene's increase in scoring average
Disappointing:
-EJ's all around stats, 2pt FG% defense, & JRob's rebounding average & shooting percentages
Ugly:
-Assist total & percentage, FG/3pt shooting percentages, & Verhoeven's foul rate

Brandon Wade (@bkbuckets_2) flirted with a triple double controlling the game tonight with 17 points, 11 assist, and 9 rebounds to lead his team to victory!
Dylan Swingle had another monster night with 26-points, 19-rebounds and 7-blocks.
