Sorry not my boys . Just look objectively as to the recent accomplishments at the University. New medical school. Cooper center. Football team opening at Florida State. Big paycheck. Duquesne football players have a chance to make team. A pep band is a good thing especially with the solid reputation of the Music School. But the bitching on this board is really really really getting ridiculous.

I agree Tre Williams NOT a center especially in the A10. Not to beat a dead horse but the loss of Hima hurts. Dukes need a rim protector, finisher & rebounder on the low blocks. Desperation or bust for Dambrot & staff.

That’s a very good point. Team chemistry takes time. Look at Richmond’s run this year. I guess Coach Dambrot will be forced to dumb down his intricate offensive schemes. 😂

CLK I would love to get a solid experienced center. I don’t see this staff pulling a rabbit out of the transfer poll hat. Also agree will your concern regarding the latest recruit at center. However, the coaching staff has six months to work with Hima who has a great upside talent wise. Hima is not timid although he does take foolish fouls. Love his aggressive nature in attempting to block EVERY shot within his 7’4 reach. I could live with Rotroff assuming he does not get hurt again. Big assumption. Hima in my opinion can reach the top tier of A10 centers. IF, BIG IF, the staff coaches him up. That falls squarely on the shoulders of Dambrot & his coaching staff! Six months in the gym is plenty of time especially if the new guards actually run a sound offense. 

Can you imagine a similar story about Duquesne basketball 😱 such a story would be the equivalent to reading Tolstoys War & Peace.  Can you recall the people who have contributed to the Dukes 45 years without a bid to the Big Dance. Clearly any comments would constitute the longest thread in history regarded this board.

Duquesne has the facilities, commitment from the President and yes a very good conference. Get the players & Coach them up. Yes indeed time will tell.
