I would try starting Powell in front of James right now. His offense ability is off the charts. At the Davidson game there were a lot of their fans around me and even in warm-ups, their topic of conversation was how athletic Powell was and how he could get up above the rim.
Lewis - Gill - Powell - Mason - DC = starting
I think that would depend completely on who we are playing. A guard-oriented offense would pick us apart with three bigs on the game. However, I would be opened to seeing that lineup against bigger, slower teams

Lewis - Gill - Powell - Mason - DC = startingI'd really like to see that. Dayton was the first game I can remember where we actually made a point to slow the game down and run some offensive sets rather than trying to beat the defense down the court and get a quick three or layup, which can be insanely frustrating to watch if shots don't fall. Id like to see them run a more traditional offense with this bigger lineup to work an inside out game that could be pretty effective.
Might be a good chance of that next year.
