Wow, love this, was hoping something like this would happen. Four year letter winner and captain. Definitely a team first guy who remained engaged and enthusiastic throughout a time where many would be depressed and in a state of despair. This was a guy who clearly bought into the program, and would be great in terms of talking to recruits. Great! He's definitely one of those guys you could see as a future coach while he was still playing. He told me at the Gulf Coast Classic that he wanted to play professional basketball, but that was before the season ending injury. He intends to play overseas after he finishes his Masters and rehabs for a year. At least that is what his intentions are/were as of this summer. The best part of his staying a year will be his ability to impart leadership qualities on individual players on the team, especially Tarin Smith.

Getting a Masters and a foot into coaching is a great career choice for this pleasant young man.
