    Mike James jersey to be retired

    Duquesne has announced that Mike James's #13 will be retired by the team prior to its 2/22 game against Fordham. James will be the sixth Duquesne men's basketball player to have his number retired.

    Can't be mad at that, although this based as much on what he did after Duquesne, as it is on what he did while there.

    Mike pulled in some skeet during his NBA career.

    Any chance they're hitting him up for a donation? Like when we brought Bobby Vinton back in the 1970s to give him an honorary degree?

    For those who don't know the story, Vinton balked at the money part when he found out they weren't handing him an actual degree.
