Mike Lewis II

Best player by far of the Ferry era. Smoothest DU guard since Nixon. I hope he gets stronger in the offseason and focuses on his footwork (especially defensively) because he can be truly special.

He should be the freshman/rookie of the year, and make one of the all-conference teams.

If he plays here four years he will be POY and he will play in the NBA. He'll do that wherever he plays, but I hope I have the privilege to see him do it as a Duke.

Re: Mike Lewis II

He has so much confidence for a freshman. Even after a bad game, he does not let it affect his next performance. He started 0-6 tonight and then made his last 8 shots to finish with 31.

Re: Mike Lewis II

Looks like good win last nite, with Lewis II and Mike leading the way in scoring.

Lewis II has turned out to be the best surprise of the season.

Gonna be tough with his size. Idk what they list him at but watching him in person he looks almost like a Derrick Colter doppelgänger, especially with him wearing the same number.

Either way he's an incredible player and we should thank that kid at Duke for being on his high school team and overshadow him because that guy is at least starting power 5 talent wise. Whoever noted his confidence is right, that kid has ice water in his veins.

He seems to be about 6'1" or so, a few inches taller than DC. There aren't a ton of players in the NBA that are 6'1" or shorter, but there are some good ones (TJ, Isaiah Thomas, etc.). I still think I. mike has the higher ceiling long term.
