The silver lining is the play of Libby B. She is coming on strong. She is getting Amanda’s minutes and making the most of the opportunity.
I hope that Amanda doesn’t have to red shirt. That would be 4 medical redshirts this season and that number would leave us very thin and not have any margin for any additional injuries.

Halle's Red Shirt is Voluntary.
Nina's Injury was Serious enough to probably miss extensive time.
Angelina did have an injury - KNOW they wanted to red shirt her as a freshman - but Paige was injured after the auto accident (and playing two games) Know they considered red shirting her last year but Eniko was red shirted.
Don't know what is happening with Amanda - IF she is redshirted the Amanda we could/might see in 2020-2021 would be more helpful than what we could get now - BUT there would be NO guarantee she would still be here - could chose to be one of those graduate players like Brown on the guys side (leave and play elsewhere)
Think her and Libby will make an EXCELLENT Back Court Combo down the line (even though they might be somewhat undersized by present standards. Both seem to have the ability to handle the ball - both are decent shooters - Libby is EXCELLENT from the line - Amanda hasn't gotten enough opportunities to make a judgement.
MERRY CHRISTMAS TO THE PLAYERS, STAFF AND POSTERS - COME out strong against U Mass on the 31st.
