How many scholarships does Duquesne offer for Football? I know the NEC allows 50, but I wasn't sure how many we actually give out. I will check on this issue and I have not checked in awhile but my understanding is 40 scholarships for football. I think some of the scholarships are half scholarships to 2 players etc.Again I will try and get up to date info on this and also any new player news! the NEC allows 45 scholarships
you can also have "grants-in-aid", which is a calculation of need-based scholarship that theoretically can grow the scholarhsip list all the way up to the FCS max of 63. According to the first lnk, the highest is Wagner at 59.
Now how many does Duqusne allow itself? I do not know yet. I know its been growing ever since they joined the NEC and I think they managed to max out last year at 45. But I'm very unsure.
