    Duquesne 76 Manhattan 65

    Good first win.  DU won easily. 

    I’m don’t share the gloom and doom of others on this season.    I think they have been better defensively and everyone is contributing on offense.  Amanda Kalin has really improved and is a team leader.  Nina being back has helped immensely at the 2. 

    The A10 is top heavy with Fordham being far and away the best.  Then VCU and Dayton.   It would not surprise me at all if DU is fighting with UMass, St Louis, Mason and GW all in the middle.

    The Kent Stare game still burns me with the 3 charge calls two on Amanda in 3 quarter.   Really awful calls that changed that game.

    It was a very good win today. Third quarter zone turned the game around. Angela and Libby were forces. Handled pressure very well. This team can score the ball. As the team defines their roles more, they will get better. Go Dukes!
