    Last night at a Houston sports bar...

    Wife and I were at BW3 for our weekly bar trivia game and a couple came in decked out in VCU gear, there to watch VCU play Purdue!

    I flagged them down, introduced ourselves and we had a nice chat about the teams, and who was till undefeated,and the league in general. The husband brought up one analysis he had read that said the A 10 may put four teams into the Big Dance based on the early performance.

    They were very complimentary to us about the Dukes hot start.

    Very nice to see the A10 bounce back after a couple of subpar years. There's been a question of whether we could maintain our long term status after the loss of Temple, and Xavier, but this year it looks as though we could.

    Sorry about VCU's loss, but it's nice to see that our Dukes are among the twenty remaining unbeaten teams in the country.
