Just heard from Christian and he will be wearing his old Duquesne number 43 in today's game kickoff at 5pm on ESPN! I am predicting a tackle after the punt snap as Christian will get down field as fast as anyone else including anyone currently playing in the NFL. The Renegades are coached by Bob Stoops and the Q is ex Steelers Q Landry Jones and expected to be a strong team Go Christian and Duquesne football! Last edited by Judge Jack McVay Jr (2/09/2020 11:55 am) Christian last week made all the snaps and says he wants them a little better. Note he had a tackle and downed the ball on the half yard line last week and made the tackle on his only snap in first half this week. Definitely putting some good tape down on covering kicks! Good to hear, Judge. The XFL is a great opportunity for a specialist like Christian to polish his skills and maintain exposure for potential NFL opportunities. Since most NFL teams only carry 1 long snapper on their roster and practice squads, Christian is ensuring that he is on the short call list if there is a need by an NFL team.
