A10 postpones fall sports, no change to basketball yet

Latest pandemic scheduling news. All A10 fall sports postponed until the spring semester. Practice/training will be allowed once athletes return to campus. However, the conference plans to revisit this decision in mid-September and may play some conference games in the fall if the pandemic is under control by then. Basketball so far still slated to begin non-conference action in November. Naturally, this decision may also be revisited. If you don't feel like reading the whole press release, here's the relevant part for basketball:

The competitive schedules for winter sports (other than swimming and diving fall contests) will remain unchanged at this time. As a basketball-centric conference, the league acknowledged basketball contests begin in November, however determined it would be premature to make decisions on their competitive schedules at this date.
