This game will tell us a lot about the team. It is absolutely a game we should win. Sure they are coming off an upset over Dayton, but coupled with the Flyers’ loss to LaSalle that says more about Dayton than Fordham. The Rams‘ other two games were blowout losses to GW and LaSalle. We are the better team. We’ve beaten them four in a row, 13 of the last 18, and many of them weren’t even close. I’m on board with excusing some of the team’s shortcomings because of Covid, but this is one we should win even if it were our first game back after a month long Covid break. The road to the top tier of the A-10 needs to start with a W in this one.

I would agree 12 points is a lot considering their defense against us in both games last year and how our offense has run the past few games. Their average game this year has been a 20 point loss though, so I can see where it's coming from. Through five games we have scored the exact number of points we've allowed. I'll meet in the middle and say 70-60 Dukes win.

Just turned the game off. Can't watch this embarrassing display of college basketball. Descending in to my Ferry level of interest in the program. Came into the season like most of us believing the program is finally on the rise. Suddenly 3 experienced players disappear and having trouble competing with the worst team in the league. Don't know if Dambrot has ever experienced the kind of problems in his coaching career like he is having here. Beginning to be believe there is a curse on the program.

Hughes really played a great game. They are going to need a lot more of that, and also need to get Weathers back on track.

Hughes was very impressive.  This was a good win. Most of these guys haven't been on the court together much, so it's a very good win from that point of view.  Freshman looked great really.   Murphy is just getting settled in and Dunn Martin had a lot on his shoulders.  No one makes a basket on that court?  But at least it affects both teams.
