With the recent success of the Pitt women’s Volleyball team, I would like to see Duquesne try to take a step up in the program. Our teams seem to be consistently average, and while I think our coach does a decent job, I think we should look to improve.

The answer on how is an easy one IMO. Poach Pitt’s top assistant Kellen Patrone. He is a DU grad and has helped to turn Pitt into a powerhouse. He obviously knows how to recruit, and he appears to be happy living in the city. As long as we pay him more than he makes at Pitt and give him the funds needed to succeed, I think he could get us an NCAA birth.
