What an awesome first year at the Coop

So the Dukes end up 3-11 at home with two home games cancelled, which likely saved them from a 3-13 home record. As it is, 3-11 ties Southern Miss for the 6th-worst home record in all of college basketball. Only teams worse:

Mississippi Valley State: 0-11
Oregon State: 3-13
Delaware State, IUPUI, Lamar: 2-11

This included bad home losses to teams that were terrible on the road like Fordham (3-9), GW (3-10), LaSalle (2-10) and Bowling Green (3-10). I realize playing in a mostly empty incredibly shrinking gym wouldn't provide much of a homecourt advantage, but the Dukes saved their worst basketball for their home games. Yet another footnote of this miserable season.

Re: What an awesome first year at the Coop

Honestly, it is comical how bad this Athletic Department messed up the first year there.  But next year, they are going to rededicate themselves.   There isn’t much more to say about that.

If there was a vote of no confidence, cast me with that lot.

Well, there are four home games for our schedule next year,  a friend texted jokingly!
