I don’t think I have ever had such high hopes for a Duquesne season that ended so badly. I didn’t think they would win against Florida State but they weren’t totally embarrassed. They outplayed Hawaii big time and could have won against Youngstown State. Dukes up 33-0 but again idiotic play call that plagued them all year. Last edited by coffee (11/19/2022 2:10 pm)

Duke’s last game of the year hosting Wagner
Their quarterback play was not the strength we thought it should have been and they couldn’t overcome injuries and I didn’t understand play call and personnel decisions.
End it well against Wagner and look to next year.

Ball on the 1 with 2 downs to get it in and they lose 10 by being too fancy. Canada type over thinking play calling.
Good thing defense shows up and they are playing Wagner.
