    Does Duquesne have a competitive NIL budget to recruit in the A10

    Just read on ESPN that WVU just landed Edwards of Syracuse ranked #3. Recently WVU also landed top point guard from Arizona. In article the NIL money came from the Country Road Trust funded by a millionaire. Mid Majors have a difficult time recruiting against Power 5 schools. Now add Trusts funded by rich alumni. The reality of the current portal recruiting game & NIL money is that the Dukes should be judged within the A10 & not nationally(power 5)based on their NIL budget. Hopefully Duquesne is ranked at least top 6 in the A10 NIL budget funds.
