Play fast , score early on the shot clock, play smart D. Adjust early to exactly what the refs are calling. Don't be afraid to make 3's early on the shot clock. Playing slow half court to points in the paint will likely favor Marshall on their home court. These Dukes can beat anyone if the refs aren't partial, but count on it. When you think about what his non-conference schedules at Duquesne have traditionally been, (mostly cupcakes at home with a couple neutral site games and maybe a one off at Kentucky or Notre Dame) it makes sense... but still a sad stat. If the Dukes are in this game PLEASE on the inbound could Dambrot scheme an inbound to the 1 2 or 3 instead of Dixon😂🤔🤮 I expect us to get the short end of the calls. Based on last year’s game I’d be shocked to see Duquesne favored. Looking at every number from this year I’d expect to be bigger favorites. I don’t really care how much we win by though, as long as we get the W. It would be a bad loss even if it is at their place.

Our squad is bigger, deeper, more experienced, & more talented. This be enough to overcome any home court advantage.
I expect Marshall to blitz our 3 guards at times & get tricky with defensive schemes at others. Does the coaching staff have the team prepped & well-drilled for these contingencies?
