It’s good to see Amari Kelly having success on the basketball court; he certainly had his share of adversity and trauma. He really has come into his own in his 6th year of CBB (he redshirted one year when he was at Duquesne due to injuries). Playing 28 minutes a game, and averaging 12 points and 6 rebounds. Over the last 10 games, the Dukes are 8-2 vs the Patriots (4-1 at home; 4-1 on the road). The last time the Dukes played at George Mason was 5 years ago; came out with a W. Here's the info from the Dukes Record Book: George Mason will be down both Keyshawn Hall and Ronald Polite III today against Duquesne because of ankle injuries. Does it matter. Take away the URI and USL games and Dae Dae is 13-57 from three in A-10 play Not much better in the non conference season. That's in 13 1/2 A-10 games. Not much better from two and less than 2 assists per game in those games. Like I said previously Dambrot needs to play Necas from the start while giving minutes to H Drame and Savrasov to spell Grant. Grant of course is a great foul shooter which is probably why he's in the lineup the majority of the time, and should be come crunch time when they have the lead late. Williams another bunch of zeros on the board, while Savrasov just sits. CRAZY man. C'mon Ray. Dae Dae is by far the most offensively dangerous Duke. Clark will make 2nd or 3rd all conference, Grant doesn't deserve it, but believe me I root for him. He plays hard. Sloppy first half and second half, but a win is a win. Big win on the road. Didn't expect it. On to VCU. Really surprised this team pulled out a win, but I’ll take it. I think DiMichele needs to see a significant decrease in minutes. Ugly, but a great gritty win. Won a lot of the loose ball battles. Dixon's defense was huge in the 2nd half and shot a perfect 4-4. F Drame another solid game along with Jimmy. Beat VCU! This is a big win guys... I'll have a more detailed write up later. I'm at Disney on Ice with the kids 😁😁😁 Really surprised this team pulled out a win, but I’ll take it.
