We should have the A10 matchups later this month. In the meantime, we can only wait for the OOC to trickle in. Just for general discussion, what are thoughts on scheduling? I think our competitive non-conference and toughest conference schedule last year really paid off by the end of the season. Are we a more attractive opponent now or a team to be avoided? Will power conference teams be more or less willing to schedule us? Any chance Pitt, PSU, or WVU would give us a game? I think they're missing the boat, since we would be a respectable loss for anyone now. I really wouldn't mind going on the road for any of those games.

I'd play as many good mid majors as we can. Throw in a couple cupcakes, and try to get at least one p5 game.
I wouldnt give the 3 local schools any time. They had plenty of chances, esp pitt.

Believe me I would gladly thumb my nose at all of them, but the only thing sweeter would be walking off their court with a W.

RE: Cayman Islands Classic
Looks like North Texas is out and Boston College is in.
South Dakota is being replaced with South Dakota State.

Would be nice to get Boise or BC, and beat them.
Early ACC rankings
17. Boston College
there are 18 teams in the ACC bball this season.

In a recent, way too early Joe Lunardi Bracketology, he has 3 teams going to the NCAA Tourney from the Cayman Islands Classic.... High Point, South Dakota St. and Boise State.
BTW - only has 1 team in from the A10 - Dayton.

Tristan Freeman breaks down the Cayman’s field. He has the Dukes at #4.

If anyone is planning on going to the Cayman Islands, please make sure to check the laws. It is a British territory but the bullet fiasco with the Turks and Caicos has me "Check everything before you travel out of the USA".

Looks like hurricane Beryl is going to pass just south of the Caymans. Such a small island to begin with, I hope they stay safe and avoid the worst of it.

I just got back from the Grand Cayman Island this spring. It's a great place to visit. If you rent a car be prepared to drive on the wrong side. It's British, you know. Other then that, it's a very up-scale Caribbean Island. Very cool place for a BB tourney.

Princeton and Duquesne are finalizing an agreement to play a neutral site game at CURE Insurance Arena in Trenton on November 8th, according to multiple sources.

Wouldn't mind a little revenge against them.

Home game for Tigers. BUT I like it. I was at the sold out VCU game last year, Dukes prevailed.👍

I want Temple too!

Last year Temple was at the military classic at the Naval Academy and played the second game. Maybe next year we will get to play them.

Add Lipscomb November 4th, home opener and DePaul TBD

Really looking forward to the DePaul game. We might actually be favored against a Big East opponent.
