From the interview Jake DiMichele did on the Pittsburgh Basketball Show - he is very articulate for a young guy (how old is he??) and without sounding disrespectful or smart ass, he sounds like a coach when he is talking about the players and coaches he's working with.  You can tell he's got lots of intrinsic knowledge about the game and is rapidly learning about the traits of his team mates.  The more positive stuff we hear like this, the better the chemistry I think we should expect...

I'll bet this guy will do his homework -- studying his competition in the league...
