Nice article on yesterday's game. I hope everyone's predictions come true.
Orsi actually played well yesterday. Strong defensively. Had great open looks, but couldn't get her shot to fall. I was watching her specifically and she only took on ill-advised shot IMO. She got hurt in the second half (shoulder), but came back and played. So that was good.

Building on the praise given the women's team in Paul Zeise's Post-Gazette article, the AP Women's Poll released today has the Dukes listed among others receiving votes. The Dukes earned 3 points from the voters and would be ranked # 34 in all of D-1. I note that Delaware, whom the Dukes beat at the Palumbo, received 15 points. Dayton (9-0) is the only A-10 team ranked in the Top 25. You'll find them at # 19.
