2025 Season - Pffftt…

Sure looks like a bust after getting blasted today at Akron, arguably the worst FBS team out there (UMass says hold my beer). The line opened with the Dukes as 7 point road underdogs, went to 10½, and then the Dukes lose by 44. (51-7).
This looks to be a bad team, and the special teams are just awful. Very disappointing.

Re: 2025 Season - Pffftt…

I was definitely disappointed by today’s performance as well. I thought we’d be competitive with Akron, and thought we even had a chance at beating them. Instead it was men against boys on the field. Everyone expected that against Pitt, but not this time. On the plus side CCSU lost to Merrimack. So if we can get things figured out quickly there’s an open door to the playoffs just waiting for an NEC team to pass through.

Merrimack is no longer in NEC.  That lose did not matter.
