30 second shot clock & fewer timeouts for men; quarters for women.

The time-out reduction is certainly welcome. The last couple minutes of any game that is even close to being close, often takes forever. And 30 seconds is enough time to run an offense. That change should also slightly reduce the fouling that is used to stop the clock.
