Frank Martin used to be an assistant coach under Ron Everhart.
I don't know if you'd call this "a product of the Everhart tree," but Martin worked for Ron for four years and took a job as an assistant at Kansas State when Ron came to Duquesne.
The rest is history for Martin.

People forget that Huggy was at KSU for one year before Catlett retired. Martin took over when Huggy left.

Martin actually left Northeastern for Cincinnati and then reunited with Huggins at K-State after two years in Cincy.

And Martin did not get along with the AD and went tp South Carolina.
