Rules Changes

Some of you may already know this, but Coach D is the chairperson of the NCAA rules committee. He is quoted in this article detailing the latest changes.

I note that there is no mention of the men's proposed 2017-2018 basketball rules being changed to having the game being divided into quarters instead of just halves and other changes made in determining reward for penalty shots by quarters instead of halves as was done in the women's rules.

No 4 quarters for next year and Dayton Arena is getting an update.  (See Right Side of Page for Interesting Info.)
