I'm sitting here in my Duquesne sweatshirt and cap, drinking coffee (what else) from my Duquesne mug waiting for the NCAA selection show which is hours away... It that normal for a grown man?

Getting pumped for the Football Playoffs and the Notre Dame game this week really give a long time fan something to look forward to. 

The basketball team shows more promise than ever and the always good football team is finally over that "mid-major" attitude by scheduling FBS teams and teams like YSU, New Hampshire and of course, WVU.

I like sports at this level.... not the money grubbing pros or over done Power 5 but good enough to put on a great game with skilled but not over hyped student athletes.

I may even restart the football blog.
