Wildfires are threating near LeBron's home

I lived half my life in California. The last time in Napa Valley. Fires were not common there, but one nearly took my home. The fear of loosing everything you own is something that never leaves you. I hope the heck and pray, even though  the winds are going to make a run his way, that they don't. The fire fighters are spread, and it's always up to the winds just when the firefighters can back fire.  LeBron has done so much for so many. I'd feel better  if he still has his home and his surrounding neighborhood. That threat of wild fire is always there. Late in my life, I'd rather shovel snow. Good luck LeBron. I hope the best.

I have a number of relatives in LA county.  Most are evacuated.  It is a wonderful place and painful to see so much of it in ruin.  Napa, I share your concern for LeBron.  He and so many others deserve better fates.  Praying for all out there

Thankyou for your impute. Like you and me. if you had never experienced the impending doom of evacuating, you have never had that feeling that you are about to loose everything. I hope the winds change and the firefighters can use that change and back fire. That's what saved my last house in Napa. Living in PGH, we have some of the least extreme weather in the country. We just don't know it. No huricanes, no extreme wildfires. No super low temps. Maybe the greatest four seasons on Earth. Just saying.
