At one point in the second half, the refs took control.  They negated a Hawaii fumble with a targeting call that even the Hawaii announcers said was not targeting.  The Dukes could not afford to have one of their biggest play makers in the D backfield thrown out particularly on a bogus call with the way Hawaii throws the ball.

Then the announcers felt that the Warriors got away with two consecutive pass interference calls before Taylor dropped one right in his hands at the 20. 

A field goal or TD there would have put the Dukes back ahead.
