In order for a player to take advantage of gaining immediate eligibility when he / she transfers their name must be entered in the portal by May 5, 2022.

March 17th - already 466 transfers in the portal.
March 23rd - now up to 639 transfers in the portal
March 29th - now up to 922 transfers in the portal
April 12th - now up to 1,309 transfers in the portal
April 21st - now up to 1,430 transfers in the portal
April 27th - now up to 1,525 transfers in the portal
April 29th - now up to 1,594 transfers in the portal - average of 4.45 players per team (358 D-1 teams)
May 8th - now up to 1,681 transfers in the portal - average of 4.70 players per team (358 D-1 teams)
May 25th - now up to 1,702 transfers in the portal - average of 4.75 players per team (358 D-1 teams)
