From his coaches comment; he seems to need to be motivated by the coach to play hard consistently. He would need to address that before even attempting to play in college.  I’d like to see him against some other bigs to see how he handles the challenge.  He moves well, and seems to understanding positioning in the post; and the outside shot is a nice bonus.
