"Temple will play Navy and Charleston will face Duquesne in the 2023 Veterans Classic on November 10th in Annapolis, per release. Games will air on CBS Sports Network"

Nice group of teams. CofC was 31-4 last year, made NCAAs. Beat Davidson last year. Will be a good contest.
Not a bad road trip from Pittsburgh.

Thanks, CLK. Pittsburgh Sports Now previously reported that the Dukes were hosting Samford on that day.

FWIW..... Bart Torvik's early 2024 projections have the Dukes at #56. College of Charleston is ranked #87.
Others on the schedule are Nebraska at #46; Marshall #140; Samford #154; Santa Clara #187; Rider #254 and Stony Brook #281.

Update: With Duquesne participating in the Veteran's Classic now, the Dukes will not face Samford.

With that said - VCU will now host Samford as part of its 23-24 non-conference schedule, per sources.

I would expect this tourney will be played at the Naval Academy gym. Would strongly suggest a road trip. Annapolis the town is very cool. Secondly, can’t beat the fresh crabs. Finally, you got to take the tour of the Naval Academy. God bless the military academies and America. Nice job Duquesne in regard to scheduling 👍
