I like it! She can get tons of assists and some open looks playing with Caitlin Clarke!

Indiana is loaded with talent, they need to stay healthy this year and will be in the hunt for the championship. I hope Meg makes the team. They did draft a PG from S carolina last night in the first rd, and 2 SGs in 2-3rd rds. Not sure if that will make it more difficult for her now, gotta assume it would. But if she makes it, I will be watching as many Fever games as I can. I like that team.

FYI this is from 11 months ago. Since then she had gotten injured, released, played in Australia, and got picked up by Indiana.

Tough to make a WNBA roster these days. Some drafted players have also been waived. She could get picked up by another team if they need a guard replacement due to injury.

The WNBA has something new called an UPSHOT League.. 4 teams 12 players each. Probably to help players develop and keep some available in case of injury etc, Savanna GA Steal is where Megan will be. The other 3 teams are in Jacksonville, Charlotte and Greensboro.

Thanks for the info, Al. The new league sounds like a great idea for players to develop. Hopefully they can make it viable and the players make enough to survive!

That sounds awful, but necessary, I guess Savanna is nice. She should still be in the W, and playing for Indiana, who doesnt know how to play defense, Meg could help them out.

According to reports online Megan and three other players were waived by the Savannah Steel in July. This would make sense since she was recently pictured at a Duquesne women’s basketball preseason workout.
