I agree with CLK's comments. Let's move on from the Ron firing. I have made my peace with that situation, especially the way it was handled, and renewed my support to the DAF at the same level as before. Martin is not strong. We have a new coach and staff that is dedicated and competent. They need breathing room to get things in place. The project will take time. Stability in the program and support for their efforts is what is needed.
We will have a very difficult season this year. I wish it were not so, but it is what it is. Player development is the goal for this year.
Last night in the last couple of minutes Ferry called a time out and we came back with a set play that had Winters taking a three. The shot had a chance, but bounced out. At the next time out Ferry came over to Winters and he had a smile on his face about a play that almost worked.
