After averaging a double-double in the Dukes', 19-2 (7-1), triumphant march through Richmond and VCU, April was honored again with another A-10 Player of the Week award -- her 5th. She played 40 minutes in the game with VCU and scored 25 points, grabbed 9 rebounds, and got 4 assists. My concern is that she definitely needs more rest on the bench as the Dukes head into the 2nd half of the A-10 conference schedule. The Dukes' next opponent on Wednesday night at the Palumbo is the very weak Mass, 6-14 (0-8). Hopefully the Dukes will keep this game well in hand and provide more opportunity for the bench to see some playing time and will provide some needed rest for the starters.
