UCONN

If it's any consolation, uconn is beating Mississippi State, a 5 seed and the 15th ranked team in the country, 61-12 at halftime

98-38 final.  Yow.  I wonder what the UCLA and Texas coaches were thinking as they watched that.

I'm kind of proud that our girls actually hung with them for nearly a half. With Notre Dame, and S. Carolina beaten, the Championship Game could well be a 40 point rout.

I think this game shows how deceiving it is to play UCONN.  You lose a game by 30 and feel that you weren't competing.  Then you see them absolutely destroy the #15 team in the country by 60 and it gives you a little more perspective on what you actually did accomplish.

I agree if we string together a couple more seasons like this one we'll force our way into the top 25.  Recruiting is going to be critical.
