Saw that the other day. Incredible.

Re: Harvard has four (4) players on this list

Tommy Amaker has done well there. Only 2 on the list for the entire A10. The BE has 8, and the AAC has 7.

Re: Harvard has four (4) players on this list

Tommy Amaker broke in at Seton Hall around the same time Colleary hired Darelle Porter. Amaker didn't do so well at the Hall or Michigan, but he's done a great job at Harvard.

Harvard is a great spot for him. Modest expectations.

Re: Harvard has four (4) players on this list

The Harvard name and academic reputation obviously still means something to some recruits, which I guess is a good thing given today's crazy AAU, sports-first society

It's still got to be tough to recruit there. While I doubt that the kids he recruits are "Harvard material", they're still going to have to be legit "college material", to be able to handle the demands of being a student there, even with tutors and such. Harvard has to bend the rules to admit students that might be scholarship material at other schools.

You better go tell CMU that, or maybe they're the Harvard of the Appalachians.

I saw where Princeton was rated number 1 in a couple of publications maybe CMU can be the Princeton of the Ohio Valley.

The rankings vary from year to year, but Harvard is number one in prestige.
