    Thanks for the post.  She may indeed become a capable Div. I player, but it's my sense that to get the program to the next level, we really need to identify and cultivate several strong, skilled 'bigs'. That may be highly challenging to do locally and even domestically, but Dan and his staff have already identified proven talent in Hungary, Estonia and Canada so I would think that's where the opportunities may lie.
