Hard to find more enticing statement of Duquesne basketball. Nice read! Appears that Smith is mature, confident, and team-oriented. He seems ready to lead,which is the attribute you want at the point. It's great that he feels that there's lots of talent and depth around him. "One of the ways Smith expects that to change is a more uptempo style with the amount of athleticism he and the other youngsters can bring to the table."

I don't know how much Dukes hoops Tarin watched last year, so I don't think he realizes just how uptempo we were at times. If they try to go any faster this season the shot clock will never go below 20 seconds.
