Travis Ford recruiting
He may not be much of a coach, but Ford is killing it so far with his recruiting. He just landed a guy ESPN had ranked 9th in the country!

A-10 schools just keep raising the bar in terms of recruiting, facilities and in general spending. I'm encouraged to see that our recruiting has also stepped up a few notches; but will it be enough to make a move in this meat grinder of a league?

Looking forward to a new Master Plan from Dr. Gormley and Mr. Harper on the other building blocks (facilities, fundraising, marketing, etc.).

He had 3 years 7.2 million left on his okie state deal so probably well north of 1 million a year I would guess
