God bless my friend One of the days all children dread. It's a blessing to have mom until you reach adulthood. Every day after that is an additional blessing. Keep the many good days you had together in your heart, and know that she's in a wonderful place now. My prayers are with you, my friend. God bless you and your family, my friend. CLK: Remember that your mother gave you her love unconditionally....and, vice versa. That thought should be all the comfort you need. Requiescat in pace!! Grammy Our thoughts are with you. Thank you my friends. My mom lived to be 98. She lived a long full life, and my brothers and I fully understand how truly bless we are for her. We celebrate her life, and know that "it is the Spirit that gives life", and because He Lives we shall live also. Enjoy your families my friends, and Merry Christmas. Go Dukes! Please allow me to add my condolences as well. You were truly blessed to have had your mom for so many years. My she rest in peace. Thank you my friends. My mom lived to be 98. PS On a lighter note, I hope you inherited your Mom's long life genes; gives you a better chance that you will see the Dukes in the NCAA's. We are all going to have to live a few more years to see that happen.

By the way when she was alive I told her, "Mom, you might as well root for the Dukes, too. You and Dad have written enough checks there to qualify." She went along because she was a good mother humoring her son.
