Offline Reported attendance was 1070. Offline Maybe I am being too short sighted on this team, this year. Offline Let this be the beginning of a Pittsburgh over Missouri sweep this week. I thought Kansas City was in Kansas? If it was in Missouri wouldn't it be Missouri City? Missouri City is in Texas. 😁 Offline Maybe I am being too short sighted on this team, this year. The upcoming schedule is not favorable. Home games vs Dayton, and URI, plus road games vs mid level teams. I can't see them winning any of the next 5 games. If they can somehow win 2, they may have a chance to shock us with a .500 record, as the schedule is much softer down the stretch. Offline Let this be the beginning of a Pittsburgh over Missouri sweep this week. I thought Kansas City was in Kansas? If it was in Missouri wouldn't it be Missouri City? KC is indeed in Missouri. But Jersey City is in NJ. Offline Let this be the beginning of a Pittsburgh over Missouri sweep this week. I thought Kansas City was in Kansas? If it was in Missouri wouldn't it be Missouri City? KC is indeed in Missouri. But Jersey City is in NJ. KC is in Kansas as well. It sits on a river (The Missouri), that acts as a state border. This is like Philly, or Cincy, but instead of having a different name (like Camden, or Covington), the small side share's it's name with with it's bigger neighbor. Offline The lack of conversation after a win says everything Pistol Pete. If this win had put us five or six games above .500 it would have been discussed, but since their horrible play against a garbage OOC slate, basicallly ended ANY hope of even the NIT, then there is nothing really to talk about Offline KC is indeed in Missouri. The Chiefs play at Arrowhead Stadium, which lists 1 Arrowhead Dr, Kansas City, MO 64129, as its address. Thus my initial assertion that Pittsburgh teams could sweep Missouri teams over a couple days is valid. Now, I would have been wrong if Pitt were to play the University of Missouri, since Pitt is in Oakland. Offline KC is indeed in Missouri. But Jersey City is in NJ. KC is in Kansas as well. Now, I would have been wrong if Pitt were to play the University of Missouri, since Pitt is in Oakland. That was Steve Pederson's nonsense. This city must have a fetish for horrible ADs. Pedey came in, and the first thing he did was piss off the entire fanbase. I'd have been laughing if we had had a decent AD ourselves. Offline KC is in Kansas as well. BleacherReport has only VCU and Dayton from A-10 in its early NCAA brackets. Rhode Island last in. Offline No wonder young kids doesn't understand geology. Cities and states are in a confusionary situation. We should put everything in the right geometric order. Offline I'll be more specific. We should put everything in the right geometric order. Clever you! Geometry, Geology, and Geography, all in one post. Pi are squared but cheesecake are round! That's the only Math I remember and I was a Math major. Sad reporting for any of you who knew Professor Dan DeFelice from the Math department. I had Dan for 3 Math classes and also as my advisor. Dan had season's tickets for as long as I can remember. He attended every hone game, bar none. I spoke with him several times over the years. The first time, he didn't remember my name only early 70's which was spot on. Diabetes caused him to have a foot amputated about 10 years ago. He still came to every game that I attended. He was easy to spot in the upper bleachers behind the team benches. This is the first year that I haven't seen him at all. I have no idea what his health status is but please offer a prayer for his good health. Thanks

Hope Harper is getting good revenue from television otherwise he will
have some explaining to do.
Re: Saint Louis Game
We have a pair of freshman who are playing outstanding at this point in the season, heck I Mike didn't even start playing basketball until he was 15, look at last nights monster game from a true freshman with legit size.
Lewis II came from a top high school that he was one of four D-1 recruits and as a starter has won awards and is a nice streak of double figure scoring .
Castro and Smith are coming along as points that can score and dish and Castro's herky jerky dribble drives are giving those guarding him fits.
There are pieces to add, of course, and those pesky transfers that took away any veteran feel to this club, however Blackman is really coming along and makes up a little for the losses to graduation and team quitters.
I am more interested in the wins and improvements than those who no longer come to the games or poor concession stand practices.
Let's go Dukes, get my 16 win prediction😎 .....

But some play by play announcers insist on calling them Pittsburgh, although I never knew anyone from Pittsburgh area refer to Pitt as anything other than Pitt, except if it was an insult adjective as in eat .S....Pitt, but never Eat .S.... Pittsburgh.
