    George Mason Game Thread

    7pm tip Wednesday at EagleBank Arena. Per KenPom:
    Dukes #221 (10-19; 3-13 T-13th last place) vs  George Mason #112 (18-11; 8-8 T-6th)
    George Mason is ranked 7th of 14 in the A-10; Dukes ranked 13th of 14.
    Game prediction: George Mason by 11, 83-72 - Dukes with a 16% probability of a win.

    Betting line: George Mason by 8½
    George Mason 14-11 against the spread; Dukes 9-12-1 ATS.

    Glad this game is out of town. Don't have to agonize over whether or not to go! Could be a surprise but seriously doubt it. Most likely our 20th loss. GM is a perfect example of a bottom A-10 program that got turned around in one big hurry. It can be done. Can't accept the fact that it can't happen at DU. Need to see the total administrative commitment that has been lacking for so long.

    I actually can't knock Ferry there. They got shots in the paint, and didn't knock them down (thank goodness). I don't want them to win another game. There has to be absolutely no doubt in the minds of Gormley, and the BOT. Nothing better than a total collapse down the stretch.

    IF Sanders or Lewis makes THAT MUCH CONTACT - -- TWEET!! TWEET!!!  You got him with the body 2 SHOTS!! (of course NO Guarantee that either of the free throws would have been made)  BUT what the heck another one of the "building blocks of the 10 year plan was put in place!!!   BY THE TIME OF THE TENTH YEAR LEWIS AND MIKE WOULD BE GONE EVEN IF THEY DO HANG AROUND!!!

    Oh well there's the St Joe's game and the first round loss - and then this long nightmare is over!!!!

    doesn't matter to me who he is. Just sucks that five years in and our level of play puts us in line for that kind of ridicule
