Ok, these are the jobs that are open so far. We will be competing with these schools for the best candidates. I see 6 jobs that will likely be seen as better jobs than us, and GW may just decide to keep their interim guy. The other 5 jobs are; LSU, NC St., UMass, Mizzou, and probably S. Florida. The rest of those schools should be no competition. There will likely be a few more openings, but we'll see.
Alabama A&M, Austin Peay, Cleveland State, Drake, George Washington, LSU, Massachusetts, Miami (OH), Missouri, Morehead State, NC State, North Texas, Quinnipiac, South Florida, UC Santa Barbara,Youngstown State

The key is the Palumbo rennovations. If Harper can show the actual drawings and plans to applicants, then I think we will attract some more interest than without them.

Add Illinois to the list of more attractive jobs open.

The one thing about schools like Illinois, and NC St. is that any coach that they're seriously after was not likely to come to Duquesne anyway. I worry about other A10 schools, as well as AAC, and the weaker BE schools. Not many vacancies in that group.
