Disappointing, but I think keeping the mikes and sanders at Duquesne is much more important. Dambrot will find a way to sign a decent class this year.

Never really like John Walker anyway. I think he would get bodied at the D1 level. As far as Mike Lewis and I. Mike I would much rather have Mike Lew II. He scores at will. Mike I is a supreme athlete but makes a lot of dumb basketball decisions. 

Out of all of our recruits I hope Daruis Banks give Duquesne another shot. 
 

Glad to see Lewis stay.Its a major coup to keep him and I would be thrilled again to see I Mike stay but
I guess being a Dukes fan you brace yourself for dissappointment. Dambrot hire fantastic,but he dont walk on water and he does not feed 5,000 people with a fish dinner.He is a good coach,it takes time.
There will be dissappointments here but I feel confident KD will be successful , and my optimism is so high
for next season to start and watching the program take small positive steps,defense,player development.
 A player to watch will be Eric James who needs that fresh start, have a feeling he will benefit  a lot and have a solid senior year at Duquesne. If I Mike leaves maybe Eric comes through to soften the loss of
Mike.

Mike Lewis is already the leader of this team. You gotta love it! I think a winning season will happen next year if everyone stays. We could be very dangerous by the end of next season. Some of the guys who have been buried will have a chance to shine.

I certainly don't want to be negative but I'll ask: Is this official? I haven't seen it anywhere and his quotes to the media were that he'd decide within the week's end.

After listening to the Benz interviews, it occurs to me that we also might have our on the court leader in Mike Lewis II. There has been no leader since Ovie left.
Look at this leadership team:
Gormley - a real honcho!
Harper - just impressive!
Dambrot - a real home run, in two years - a grand slam!
Lewis II - a soul that comes through as thoughtful and a dynamic player!

Just a thought on Nakye: Dambrot plays through the post. I think Sanders would really blossom.
Just a thought on I. Mike: if he stays, Dambrot will make him into an all league first teamer. He and Lewis II.
