Bit of irony brewing on Lawn Gisland...
When Coach Ferry was relieved of his duties in March, and LIU let Coach Perri go, there was some scuttlebutt that Coach Ferry would be returning to his former job.
LIU just hired Derek Kellogg, who was let go by UMass days before DU pulled the trigger on Ferry.
I'd guess Coach Ferry will take some time off before taking interviews.

Probably a pretty good landing spot for Kellogg. I think he can do well at that level. All joking aside, I do hope ferry lands on his feet. From all accounts, ferry is a good guy and I think he can be successful at the low major level.

He should be OK. Coach Harper handled it professionally and the local media said nothing but good things about him. Program was clean and he proved he could recruit players like Mike Lewis II.
